In New Zealand the Chaine des Rotisseurs is led by a local board of six members headed by a bailli, a French title for head of branch.
Helen Meehan, the bailli for Wellington is an olive farmer from Martinborough
David Shackleton, the bailli for New Zealand has managed hotels all over the world
Loretta Wong is the Treasurer for the Wellington branch
Grant Jefferson is the New Zealand Treasurer and operates several hospitality businesses
John Bishop is a food and travel writer
Nerissa Barber is a lawyer and gourmet.

14 - 16 April - weekend in Martinborough:
Friday:
A casual dinner at Union Square in the Martinborough Hotel – a modern New Zealand bistro with French influence.
Saturday:
Brunch at the Village Café and Bar in Martinborough– Indian themed
May: Casual dinner at Liberty Restaurant in Wellington
June: Cocktail Party for members and guests – Wellington
July: World of Wine at the Wellington Club with Brett Newell and food to match the wines
September: Degustation Dinner at the Intercontinental Hotel Wellington
October: Ethnic Food – Dinner at No 8 a Vietnamese restaurant in Wellington
November: Degustation Dinner at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School – regalia to be worn
